How we keep it fresh
Strict quality checks
Every batch is looked at for colour, smell and temperature before it is trimmed. Anything that fails stays off the shelf.
Cold chain
Cuts move from board to sealed pack to insulated bag. Riders leave with a chilled box, not a warm one.
Shipping & delivery
Chennai orders placed before 2 PM go out the same day. Later orders leave the next morning. Delivery is ₹49 under ₹999, and free from ₹999.
Returns & refunds
If a pack arrives warm, damaged or not what you ordered, call us the same day. We replace the cut or refund the line. Perishable food that has been opened and cooked cannot be returned.
